Our Process
We start with a complimentary phone consult and a questionnaire. You share with me where you need the most help.
I ask you a series of questions related to your home, your business or career, your lifestyle, your values, your short and long-term goals. Your responses will determine the scope of work, plan, rates, etc. and when, where, and how we start.
If you prefer, I will come to your home or office and do an 60-75 minute assessment ($175 flat rate) along with estimates for future work and a written action plan.
After each in-person organizing session, I do a follow-up e-mail recap with suggested next steps~ many of which you can do on your own, and suggestions for how we can continue working together. My typical work with clients ranges from a minimum of 4-6 sessions to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. I also offer virtual sessions to support you with your new organizing systems. I offer regular organizing tips on my Facebook Page. We invite you to join the conversation!

Property/Estate Management
I apply my 18 years experience in conference and event planning to serve property and home owners needing property and estate management while traveling. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates vary depending on size of estate, staff management, daily operations, pet care and outdoor plant maintenance required. With a valid California Real Estate license, I work exceptionally well coordinating open houses and private viewings with realtors and brokers.
Estate and Yard Sales
Occasionally, we are asked to do estate or yard sales. There are many companies that specialize in this area, which I or your realtor can refer you to. When working with estate sales, I advertise, stage, price, sell and negotiate all items for you and receiving industry-standard (50%) of total amount sold. I have a staff to assist if there are items to be hauled or moved and with large and extensive (more than a weekend) estate sales.
Rates
Sliding Scale: $70-85 per hour. I also offer package rates (5 sessions). Often times, my small business clients will continue working with me on a weekly or monthly retainer to maintain their systems or to help with their marketing or business development. Ask me about my package rates.
Bookings
We usually book at least a few weeks in advance and receive payment upon completion. $45 deposit is required to hold all sessions. Currently, we are serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area: Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, and Sonoma Counties.
Commitment to Zero-Waste- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repurpose, Regenerate
As a long-time sustainability educator and advocate, our goal is to keep your items out of landfill. This means we either sell them, donate them, or find a way to reuse them. I am personally connected with many organizations and causes that will happily accept your tax-deductible items.
