What is Virtual Organizing?
Virtual Organizing services offer you the flexibility to work with me to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to your space and goals.
Virtual organizing is a process for helping you downsize, you declutter, organize and transform your home or office through telephone, email, photographs, Zoom Video Conference, FaceTime, or other technology. Holding your hand (virtually), I guide you through those difficult space reorganizing, discarding and donation decisions. Additionally, I offer Feng Shui consultations and recommend products to help organize your space.
The primary difference between on-site and virtual organizing is that you don't have my physical presence to help you move and sort your items. The personalized action plan that we create and my virtual guidance will empower you to achieve a refreshing, calm, and organized home
Our Process
We schedule an initial consult. If we agree to work to work together, we schedule our first session.
During the first session, we 'walk' through your space in a Zoom video conference.
We discuss your goals, strengths, and challenges.
Following the session, I prepare a session summary and an organizing plan of action.
At future sessions, I will:
Provide guidance and instructions for simplyfing your life.
Help you to decide what stays, what goes, and how to use your space better.
Provide ideas and resources for optimal space utilization.
Provide recommendations for the release of the items from your home or business options include: consignment, resellers, donations to charities, shredding services, junk haulers, and recycling centers.
Provide you with resources such as estate sales companies, interior designers, real estate agents, moving companies, and other businesses to help you during your project.
Teach you techniques that you can apply during each session.
Review your progress and achievements and, if necessary, troubleshoot any roadblocks you experienced.
